A life-long lover of movement and performance, I launched my fitness career as group fitness instructor to combine my passion for movement, coaching, and cultivating community in a high-energy environment.
While pursuing a BFA in Dance, a large part of my studies focused on efficiency of movement. In other words, how to use the least amount of effort while dancing; a skill that would ultimately allow one to dance for longer durations, and tack on several years to a dancer's career. Now as a trainer of multiple modalities, I help others cultivate strong, flexible bodies so they can do all the things they want to do in life.
