Group Classes

Get your workout on from the comfort of your own home! FIFTY-FIFTY combines 25 minutes of resistance training with 25 minutes of stretching for a fun workout that will leave you feeling strong and tension-free.

Recommended Equipment:
-Yoga mat, or something soft to cushion knees and wrists

-Dumbbells or household objects for resistance (think soup cans, milk jugs, laundry detergent, or a filled backpack...).
